COUNTRY THEMED FOOD NIGHT Saturday 24th July 2010 Spanish 8.pm BOOKINGS ONLY Country Themed Food Night Menu Saturday July 24th - Spanish Meals are £15 for three courses and you must book what you are having in advanced. Ring 01895 239450 or order at the Bar. If there is nothing on the menu that you like then ask for alternatives. The Spanish will be slightly different to our other menus. Instead of three courses it will be a tapas menu where you will need to choose 5 dishes from below to be served between two people. Plus one dessert. 1. Mini red peppers stuffed with cream cheese in olive oil. 2. Potatoes sautéed in olive oil, garlic and oregano with Chorizo sausage. 3. Fried Calamari - lightly salted baby squid. 4. Traditional paella 5. Mediterranean fish stew containing mussels, squid, prawns and fish. 6. Meatballs in homemade tomato sauce 7. Beef with onions and herbs cooked in red wine 8. Sautéed Mushrooms 9. Mixed stuffed olives 10. Green beans sautéed in tempura light batter chilli flakes Desserts * Strawberry Flan with fresh strawberries. * Almond ice cream. * Fresh Fruit salad.
